The Win for Life playslip has five panels – PANEL A, PANEL B, PANEL C, PANEL D and PANEL E, each containing two groups of numbers. The first group numbered 1 through 28 and the Cash Ball group from 1 through 3.
Use a pen or pencil to make your selections. Do Not Use Red Ink. If you make a mistake, mark the “VOID” box.
Select 6 numbers from the first group and 1 number from the Cash Ball group. If you wish to play all three Cash Balls with the same numbers from the first group, make the “ALL” box under Cash Ball and each will be entered as a separate wager.
If you would like the terminal to randomly select your numbers, mark the “QP” (Quick Pick) box in each panel based on the number of Quick Pick you want. You may select your own numbers AND play Quick Pick on the same playslip but NOT on the same panel.
You may play your selected numbers for 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 consecutive draws. To do this, mark the appropriate box in the “DRAWS” panel.
To play additional numbers in a panel for multiple combinations (from the first group of numbers only), mark the appropriate box in the “SYSTEM” panel as follows:
- System 7: choose 7 numbers (6 + 1 additional)
- System 8: choose 8 numbers (6 + 2 additional)
- System 9: choose 9 numbers (6 + 3 additional)

NOTE: the same Cash Ball number will be applied to all combinations within a System bet.
You will receive a ticket from the On-Line terminal that lists your chosen game, draw day(s) and numbers. Always check, your ticket before you leave the Lottery Centre.
