All cash payouts are fixed. The prizes for divisions 1 and 2 will be paid in fixed monthly installments. If there are more than four winners in these categories, the prize becomes pari-mutuel.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZES
All winning tickets must be validated at an On-Line terminal and claimed no later than 180 days from the draw date.
The Agent will pay prizes f $12,000.00 or less. Prizes greater than $12,000.00 must be claimed at the National Lotteries Control Board.
A 10% Tax will be applied to all winnings over $1,000.00.
The prize amount will be rounded to the nearest dollar.
RULES
The ticket is the only valid proof of your selection and is the only valid receipt to claim a prize.
The NLCB is not responsible for lost of stolen tickets.
Tickets, transactions and winners are subject to NLCB rules, regulations and procedures.
Tickets will not be paid and will be considered void if they were altered in any way, unissued, illegible, previously paid, mutilated, misprinted or not properly registered with the Lottery Central System.
